All business again. Day went well. Good storm cooled it down tonight and am busy eating through rest of food.
So many barge workers giving me thumbs up and waving–they know whats up. Very excited. I am literally around the bend from New Orleans:
Have only about 15-20 miles to go to walk up those wooden steps onto Jax Square. Jeremy is picking me up at 11 and I can already hear me apologizing for how bad I smell, haha. But everything going into the final day is looking good. I may eat my 4th peanut butter sandwich but dont think I really want it. 🙂

what an awesome trip you took,i told your mom,you were not my kid,but im so proud of you! and i sure would like to be standing at Jackson square with you,love new orlenes,now go listen to some of that blues and jazz,and eat some beans and rice and some jambulia SP,go with god zack.
